Biography and previous work

I am a final year MEng Bioengineering student at the University of Sheffield, having joined in 2012. I specialised in Bioprocessing & Biomanufacturing.

Current Work

My project is to develop a biomimetic silk spinning device and to observe how the force of spinning affects the structure of the silk strands.

Personal interests

I enjoy playing the violin and a good pub quiz.
